Casa Silvana is located in the first hill of Alba, immersed in an authentic rural setting, less than 2 km from the historic center. The structure, a typical Piedmontese country house, has been finely restored, offering accommodation with attention to detail and equipped with all modern comforts, without losing the original charm. Surrounded by over 2000 sqm. of garden with fruit trees and rose gardens, the property also includes a swimming pool with solarium, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view that ranges from the roofs and towers of Alba to the surrounding hills and the castle of Guarene.

Breakfast
and brunch

I love breakfast. It reminds me the holidays, the Sunday morning… and I love to convey this sense of peace, serene well-being, to my guests. It is a pleasure for me, during check-in, to propose to my guests the two solutions : breakfast or brunch, and with great pleasure I do my best to respect the tastes, preferences, any intolerances, allergies or special diets.

All preparations are made with super selected ingredients that come from our territory and, season permitting, directly from the trees in the garden.

Breakfast, brunch, aperitifs or “merende” are served in the garden and, for the guest of Starsbox, directly in the woods!

THE Merenda Sinoira

As for the English with the afternoon tea ritual, also the Merenda sinoira has its own time. It is served between 18.30 and 19.30. And as for the English, the Merenda sinoira is a ritual.

Borrowing from the tradition of our grandparents, at Casa Silvana we offer a tasty selection of local cold cuts and cheeses, cold appetizers, homemade bread and breadsticks, desserts, which should strictly be tasted with a good bottle of wine!

APERITIF

There is no better way to start an evening! Maybe after the last swim in the pool, or after a day spent in the beautiful villages of Langa, relax in the garden and enjoy the peace of the sunset with a glass of wine accompanied by small delicacies of the territory.

At Casa Silvana, we support ecological travel providing the comfort of a charging station for electric cars just in front of the house.
This convenient solution allows our guests charge their cars efficiently, promoting sustainable tourism and low environmental.

Our infinity pool, open from June to September, is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by nature. All around our lush forest offers a peaceful and relaxing environment. Equipped with two furnished solarium areas, the pool is the ideal place to enjoy the summer sun, read a book in peace or just admire the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Our Family treasure transformed into a cozy welcoming refuge for travellers

At Casa Silvana we can host up to 12 people in 3 different accomodations. One double room, one suite or family room with 2 double beds, and our big apartment suitable for 6 people (3 double beds and 2 bathrooms).

In 2022 we extended the range of our sevices, placing in the property woods, nearby the garden, our StarsBox where you can enjoy a glamping experience deep in nature and sleep under an amazing starry sky.
